Choose from a full Individualised training and nutrition support package designed for long term progress or a fixed-term (12 weeks) package tailored towards a specific goal.

1:1 Individual Coaching

  • Designed for lasting results.
  • Training and nutrition adapt with your lifestyle, seasons, and goals.
  • Freedom to pivot whether fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or maintenance, coaching adapts with you.
  • Support during life’s curveballs (travel, work stress, injuries, family)
  • Ongoing education learn deeper principles over time rather than just a set program

£150/month

*minimum 6 month commitment

Fixed Term Package (12wks)

  • Clear start and finish with a specific outcome in mind.
  • Great for achieving a specific goal or deadline (holiday, event, competition).
  • Learn tools and strategies you can take away after the 12 weeks.
  • Ideal if someone wants to “try out” 1:1 coaching without committing long-term.
